Booths are assigned or reassigned in the best interest of the show. The East Coast Guitar Expo (ECGE) will do our best to assign booths on a first-come first-served basis ECGE will need a signed contract with payment to secure booths. ECGE accepts checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. ECGE only allows one company per booth. Exhibitor is responsible for any city, state, and federal taxes, fees, or fines incurred while participating Expo. Sales and/or purchases of merchandise outside the exhibit hall during show hours is prohibited. ECGE does not allow illegal, unlicensed, bootlegged, or illicit merchandise to be displayed or sold on show prem – ises. Continuous and loud playing is not allowed. 24-Hour Security will be provided by the East Coast Guitar Expo. The East Coast Guitar Expo, promoters or the show and the venue do not assume responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, injury or accidents that might happen during the event. Any trades, buying or selling of musical instru- ments, amps, or related items outside of the building by exhibitors, buyers or public is prohibited.The East Coast Guitar Expo, promoters or the show and the venue do not assume responsibility for any trades, buying or selling of musical instruments, amps, or related items outside of the building on or off the premises by exhibitors, buyers or public. Exhibitors are solely responsible for their booths and inventory from load-in to load-out. Exhibitors may, at their own expense, provide their own property and liability insurance. There is no breakdown/setup, load in/out during exhibition hours. ECGE and its promoter reserve the right to refuse a booth application for any reason, ECGE may reserve the right to change and/or add terms and condi- tions as needed to ensure a quality event. Each exhibitor/vendor and/or buyer can, at their option and expense, provide their own property and liability insurance and are solely responsible for their booth(s) and contents from load-in to load- out. ECGE will not be responsible for acts of Nature that cause cancellations or rescheduling due to weather or other unforeseen events. We will only postpone the event If the city requires it. If in the event of an act of Nature we will work with the city for a rescheduling solution.
